In a blind twist of fate the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office shoots itself in the foot with a brief in reply to a lawsuit brought against the State of Connecticut, by the nonprofit, We The Patriots USA, on behalf families whose children were kicked out of school after the repeal of the Connecticut religious exemption to vaccination.
According to AG’s office, the Departments of Education and Public Health, have no jurisdiction or authority to mandate vaccines in private schools!
