New England's Mad Race to Net Zero

is producing the highest energy costs in the country and Connecticut is a trailblazer!

The State of Connecticut has had a whooping 18. 4% increase in electricity rates. The second highest in the nation with Maine beating that by double with a 36% increase. New England is on a trajectory to achieve “Net Zero” by 2050. There is no end in sight for the soaring electrical rates either. The legislative body throughout New England, especially Connecticut, who is a trailblazer in green energy wants to add more charges to the “public benefits” portion of the electric bill to fund EV chargers and heat pumps. Public benefits now comprise a host of legislative policies that most citizens have no idea about, from solar and wind, to free park passes for the needy, public benefits keep growing. It’s not a surprise. Connecticut founded the very first in the nation, a quasi government “Green Bank” in 2011. The Green Bank runs on user fines and fees, private equity investors, and venture capitalists. Since the inception of the Green Bank in 2011 electricity rates have risen exponentially.

All of the green technology will be monitored via SMART METERS on residential homes so people can be turned off, turned down, or have special pricing based on personal usage. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. All homes with government subsidized solar, most homes are government subsidized unless you have your own batteries and built it and design it yourself, which people can do to get real energy independence. The subsidized roof solar that is common is fraught with issues. From leaking roofs that lead to mold growth, to failing panels, no sunshine, and energy costs still high. Home owners are not told that if the panels leak, a new roof is on you, not the subsidized entity that sold you the panels. Sure, maybe you save on electrical, or do you? Some solar companies have an incremental increase of 2.9% a year! Panels will likely only last the length of the loan. You will need new solar panels as you write the last check to pay the old ones off.

At the end of the day you lose, and the government created electrical monopoly makes crazy money! Eversource is ranking in billions in profit while residents in Connecticut sink deeper into economic adversity and uncertainty. What’s even more shocking is that EVERSOURCE is a publicly traded company, and is owned by State Street, Vanguard, and BlackRock, because they own the largest EVERSOURCES shares. How many politicians currently holding office also hold EVERSORUCE stock? What about the people on PURA? Do they hold EVERSOURCE stock?!? What about Lamont? The Speaker of the House? Or the Senate Majority Leaders? DO THEY HOLD EVERSOURCE STOCKS!? . Green is a trillion dollar industry and it has absolutely nothing to do with a healthy planet, if you believe that I got a bridge for sale real cheap for you! "What is Net Zero" and who funds it? Do you understand what "Carbon Zero" actually means in dollars and cents?!

Connecticut has a very serious corruption and election fraud problem. We've been under one party rule for far too long and Republicans have lacked the back bone to achieve transparency and accountability in the legislature.

We need serious change and it isn't going to come from the government. Too many people in CT pay ZERO attention to their local elections and how the laws are made in this state. Basically there are a lot of very loud ignorant people screaming about the Federal Government while ignoring their state, the place where laws are made that have a direct effect upon your life. Like "Net Zero" for example, sold to us with a "climate jingo" on the state sponsored MSM. There is nothing good in wind or solar as it is funded and forced upon us now. The technology in it of itself is not the issue at hand, it is the monied interests behind these initiatives making trillions of dollars on "climate fear"!

Think about it, it's a great way to have a constant boogieman in the wings to slam people with high energy costs to stop the climate from changing. It's a massive scam and it is time to pull the bandaid of this puss filled infection making our lives unaffordable in Connecticut.
